5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
30 Double-Unders
*while the reps are on the lower end, there are a large number of them in the 20 minutes.  Think about breaking them up early.

15 Odd-Object Rows
15 Pushups
15 Air Squat Hops (over odd-object)
